Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $5 processing fee, will be given for the cancellation of a workshop or retreat registration as long as the cancellation is received up to two weeks before it begins. Refunds of 50%, less a $5 processing fee, will be given up until one week before.
Sorry, no refunds given the week before a workshop or retreat, if you fail to attend, or if you leave the event early, unless someone is able to take your place at short notice from a waiting list. If there are unusual extenuating circumstances, you might be able to apply a partial credit toward another workshop within the next 12 months.
Pam Swing reserves the right to cancel any workshops or the participation of anyone, at any time, for any reason. If the cancellation is because of weather, your fee will be credited one time towards a future workshop. In all other cases, fees paid in advance will be reimbursed.
